The 10-Week Detox

Our program will empower you with the knowledge, tools, and support necessary to transform your health from the inside out. By the end of the program, you will have adopted a lifestyle that maintains and enhances your newfound well-being.

This journey is about more than just cleansing; it's about setting the foundation for a life filled with energy, clarity, and a deep connection to your physical and mental health.

Week 1 - The Welcome Address

Welcome to L.E.T.S Detox! This week we will help you transition into new routines and dietary habits. Here you will meet your L.E.T.S Detox community, set goals, and address any concerns.

 

Week 2 - The Introduction

While transitioning into the new diet and daily routine will be a significant adjustment, but with the support from your coaches and your community, we will ensure your success.


Week 3 - The Transition

As you become more accustomed to your new diet and daily activities, you will start to gauge how your body is responding to the detox. Flexibility and adaptability are key during this transition period.


Week 4 - The Elimination

During this week, you are fully immersing and diving deep into the detox. Leaning into your support team and finding your rhythm as you progress.


Week 5 - The Hydration

You'll keep witnessing the remarkable transformations that fruits bring about. Expect to see changes in your physical appearance and feel a boost in your energy levels. You're halfway there!


 

Week 6 - The Purge


You'll focus intensively on detoxing the colon, a crucial, yet intense part of the detoxification process.

Week 7 - The Wipe Out

Now you've progressed from focusing on the colon to targeting the liver. Continuing to flush out the toxins to enhance the livers overall performance. It’s challenging, but your body will be grateful for it later.


Week 8 - The Aftermath

Supporting the liver as it recuperates from last week's intense cleanse. After eliminating waste and toxins from your body, it's important to nourish and replenish the liver, ensuring it is revitalized and operating at its best.

Week 9 - The Reset

This is the final stage. Here you will embark on a water fast to reset your body. You have completed your journey, emerging refreshed, rejuvenated, and prepared to pursue a healthier lifestyle going forward.


Week 10 - The Reintegration

Gradually and thoughtfully reintroducing food into your diet is an excellent strategy for transitioning to a balanced eating routine, while still supporting your body's ongoing detoxification.
